We only offer exchange or credit for items received as described. No refunds for items for buyers remorse or simply changing mind. If item arrives damaged then you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Products defined as "preorder" are deemed as a contractual commitment to buy and therefore non-refundable. This policy also applies to special request orders. Returns will only be accepted with a "Return Authorization" and instructions on how to return if an item arrives damaged. NOTE: Returns are not accepted without prior authorization. If there is a situation whereby the only solution is return/refund, then a 15% restocking will apply.
