Prototype Robot a/k/a "Change Prince".  Rare version of which there is only one version known to exist in the Kitahara Museum in Japan with head that splits open to reveal prince and devil inside.  This version has same cosmetic design with different battery operated functions.  Robot walks with stop and go action, machine gun sound, and blinking light in clear belly.
