I just received by Robert the Robot and it is nicer that I was expecting. When you put the batteries in him his new voice sounds much more commanding than the old one. The extra features were wonderful, this is a great buy for the robot collector and I am putting this new one next to my original one I had as a boy in my display case. I hope to see more of the classic robots of this era reproduced for the collector that does not want to spend a fortune on the originals. I have several robots i purchased from th 1950's in my collection, but I am starting to really nice these new reproductions, especially Mr. Atomic which I just bought. But when it comes to Robots, nothing beats Robert as he is the one that started many children as myself collecting Robots in their youth. Thanks Jay for making this one available, i will probably order a few more as traders.
