Just received this Robot. I am very impressed with the features and functions. The operation is superb and the Box art is awesome. Also love the fact that it used AA batteries instead of standard D cell. I recommend this Robot to anyone. Beautiful piece and well worth the $. Hope we see more innovation in the future.

I just received this robot today and I could not be happier. I've just started collecting robots and old space toys. This is my second robot and my favorite. The paint job and color is awesome, the black feet contrast great. The thing I'm most impressed with is the operation, it is smooth and flawless with only the noises your suppose to hear. The glowing red eyes are the icing on the cake with this one. They give this robot a nice eerie feel. I would recommend this robot to anyone wanting a nice old feel bot with new technologies, it runs on 2 AA cell batteries which surprised me, I thought it would be the standard D cells. The overall construction is solid and I'm sure this robot will become a classic in the future! I can't wait for more robots that are of this quality and in this price range. Great Job Metal House and Robot Island, please keep up the good work!!
