We strongly suggest you have your toys shipped with insurance, so if damage or loss of an item occurs during shipping there will be no problems. It is important that you always keep the original packaging if we are going to apply for insurance due to damage. If item arrives damaged you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. If you feel an item received is not as described, we will gladly replace it free of charge as long as we have another in stock, otherwise we will gladly apply store credit for that item towards another purchase. You will have 5 days from receipt of item to return it as long as returned in same cosmetic working condition you received it. We are not responsible if the toy is damaged while playing with it. Returns must be authorized before shipping back to us. Cancellations are only accepted if notified within 48 hours after placing your order.
