We strongly suggest you have your toys shipped with insurance, so if damage or loss of an item occurs during shipping there will be no problems. It is important that you always keep the original packaging if we are going to apply for insurance due to damage. If you feel an item received is not as described, we will gladly replace it free of charge as long as we have another in stock, otherwise we will gladly credit you for that item towards another purchase.
