Asto-Robot. Battery Operated 1960's Tin and Plastic Robot. Extremely unusual futuristic design with unique walking mechanism. Condition is mint and boxed including original insert. Robot is 7 1/2" tall and takes 2 "C" cell batteries in his back with a tin battery cover. Fast walking action with blinking light in its head and two razer guns. Made by Gakken Japan and very difficult to find this particular Robot complete with it's battery latch and with the window box unpunched. Certainly one of the most bizarre designs of yesteryear and today!
